Location: My Fusion >> Control Panel >> Change Password
You can change your password at any time by going to the Change Password and inputing the following information:
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter your New Password
- Re-enter the information to Confirm New Password
Passwords should be between 4 and 21 characters in length.
Passwords can contain letters, numbers and special characters. For passwords, it is best not to use "dictionary" words. Passwords which contain letters, numbers and special characters are hardest to guess. Also note that passwords are cases sensitive, so mixing upper and lower case letters will make them even tougher to guess. Never give your password to anyone.
- There is also a Security Question : choose a question from the drop-down list then put your answer to it in the text box next to Answer:.
This question and answer information is used to verify users that find themselves in the odd situation of having forgotten their username and/or password and no longer have access to the "real email" account on record. If you find yourself in this situation and this information is not available to verify your identity you may lose access to the account indefinitely.
When you've entered all the necessary information, click the Proceed button to submit the new password.
