Displaying Ignored Users information can easily be done from the Admin. CP

• Navigate to Admin CP >> Statistics >> Ignored Users

You should see the information of users who have been put on 'Ignore' by other users. If you don't, check to make sure that Administrators have been set up with that permission. (This can be found under Control Panel: Permissions for Can View Statistics.)

If you need to enable that permission, do so, then resync the permissions. If you don't see Statistics under the Admin. area, you'll need to log out and then back in. This will reset your cookies and you should now be able to see the information.
