You can change your password at any time. Passwords can contain letters, numbers and special characters. For passwords, it is best not to use "dictionary" words. Passwords which contain letters, numbers and special characters are hardest to guess.
Also note that passwords are case sensitive, so mixing upper and lower case letters will make them even tougher to guess.
Never give your password to anyone.
