If you need to contact the site administrators you can choose "Contact Us" from the "Help" navigation tab menu at the top of the screen.
Clicking this will take you to a screen with a contact form. Your username and email address will already be filled in for you. Using the given drop-down menus, you will also need to choose the type of question you have, type of operating system and type of browser you're using (please also input the browser version).
Below that, there is a section for you to describe, in as much detail as possible, the problem(s) you are having.
When completed, click on the Submit Email button at the top of the page. Any replies that you will receive from the site administrators will be sent to the email displayed below your username at the top of the form. If for any reason you want any responses to go to a different email address, please change the email address displayed.
