New install of 3.1 - not an upgrade. I'm trying to change the site name in General Settings but it won't stick. |

Your changing it using the all settings option? if so for now, change it under the site name under the general section and not the Website name under the Email Sections. if you choose Email Settings or general Settings instead then it will work as intended.. it just doesn't know which one is correct using the All settings option..
