ok the <!--SUBJECT--> you see in the template is the variable that is replaced within the updateBan() or createBan() or removeBan() functions which reside in the includes/ban_class.php Is that something that I can change?
the real issue is though that you set someone for a strike 1 ban and they got a strike 3 email? what does the strikes say next to their name in the Admin Panel -> Users -> Manage Users -> Edit User -> Ban User are all 3 strikes filled in or only 1? Correct. Just one. I banned a test account - I hadn't used this feature since our install in early Sept. When I access the ban screen, it had a box next to Strike 1 where I could add a reason, but for S2/S3, there's no option there. Viewing the screen after the account is banned, it shows just one. Attached are screen shots. |
