We are in the midst of a "license system" which would allow you to access/edit that yourselves. We hope to have that available within the next month or so. In the meantime, if you aren't sure, please drop either myself, Billy or Chris a line and we'll be happy to check it for you and/or resend your original license email.

We've just emailed all licenses expiring in August and September from our license system.

But anyone can take advantage of this promotion, as it will simply EXTEND your current expiration year - allowing you to take advantage of these savings.
