I went into manage events to delete an event and there is no delete events tab to check. Any ideas. Am I missing a setting somewhere.

depends on what type of event it is.. holiday? birthday? form?

It is a calendar event, schedule for a seminar, just date, time etc., it seems that there are no delete tab in the manage event box.
