my base skin seems to have defaulted back to the fusionbb one. it's been a while since I've had to configure that. Can anyone help me remember where to set it so my custom skin is set?

well that was easy. i was seeing the default skin because as admin, for some reason MY default skin was set to professional/fusionbb.
