Thanks guys, we appreciate it. A lot of work over the last year has gone into things you don't see, the behind the scenes work like expanding our internal note keeping systems, our internal server monitoring etc.
I think it has continued to help in achieving our goal of really providing the best customer service possible.
Now that most of that stuff is done we hope that in the next year we can roll out some changes that are a little more noticeable to our customers and give you guys even more tools and maybe even more horsepower
I don't want to promise anything yet as some of these projects that we want to launch are really big and nailing down a timeline at this point is a bit tough.
So all I can say is that when we are ready to roll some of this new stuff out we'll send out a newsletter and post it here first
