I just checked this locally and it worked... for some reason the value in your $cache_data['poll'][$pollcount]['poll_selections'] is not sprintf'n into your $lang_str['C_MAX'] so it may be your site language issues.. or a cache issue.. can you clear the cache and see if it fixes it?
