I'm not sure what you mean by "Are there any more sites to add to your list since the last time you posted"? Next, yes, you can set FusionBB so that all new registrations must be admin approved before they can post or do anything. It's all configurable via the Admin account.
Thanks for your answer, Greg. What I meant by sites was anymore domains or urls aside from the ones listed here a while back. Sorry for not being clearer about that. I do have some more questions though.
Is it true that in order for an IP ban to work the user whose IP you're blocking must be logged out of the system? There was at the website I'm at a user whose membership was terminated yet he was still gaining access to his forum account. One day when he logged in, the Admin there said they were lucky they were there when he logged in so they could snatch his IP before blocking it and deleting his account. I found this strange because I thought that even if the user was logged out they could still see what IP he's registered with and block it. Any thoughts on that?
Also, and finally, what are the maximum degree of privacy settings one could utilize for a forum running on fusionbb? Say if you wanted to set it so that anyone visting the forum cannot see any posts or sub forums before logging in like they have for say Mybb. The site I'm at currently have it so even when you're not logged in you can see the forum topics and who made the latest posts, but when you click on them you can't view them without logging in. I guess what I'm asking is, could you have privacy settings more stringent than that with fussionbb?
Thanks in advance,
Windom
