Strange - I can see forums, stickies & pages but the pages show no content. Looks like a database issue.

Have you done a database repair & fix topics from the admin panel? (wise to do a db backup first)

I did work this out with him. I think that was part of it, plus there seemed to be a bug whereas he had like hundreds of unapproved posts, and it threw the pagination off when you weren't logged in.
