What color? Are you talking about the skins? All of the skins are completely customizable. Or you can create one that you like from scratch. It isn't all that hard if you are vaguely familiar with css.

Are you talking about the blue in the pic below? You have to change the color in the css file for that skin. I believe this one is a graphic though. The popup above it shows which item it is in the css file.

Yes, this particular skin uses a background image for the table headers but there are many skins to choose from, not all of them use a graphic, so you can tweak colors/graphics directly in the CSS.
