I put in my date of birth & got taking to the registration page. Does the message come on after entering the date.

I went back to do it with a under 10 age & it must have remembered as I didn't get the date of birth prompt. Maybe you need to clear your cookies?

Everything works fine for me.

I put in a birth date and it takes me to the registration form.

I tried it with a birthday less than 10 and it told me I wasn't old enough. Then when I tried it again to change the birthday, it didn't give me a choice to change it and it told me that I wasn't old enough still. It has to remember it via a session or a cookie. I'm assuming a cookie because when I clicked on HELP/MY COOKIES UTILITY/EXPIRE COOKIES, it showed the birthday thing again. I then entered my correct birthday and it worked fine.

I also went in and told it that I was under 10 and when it told me I am too young, it gave me a "BACK" link to go back to the birthday enter page. Even though I entered the correct birthday, it still told me that I am too young so it must not be clearing the info when clicking on "BACK".

If it was me and that bothered me, I would just add the expire cookies button to the register.php template that comes up telling you that you aren't old enough and add the caption "Re-enter Birthday" or something like that if it is possible or add a button that takes them to the expire cookies page.

What's the point in asking for a birth date, if the person can keeping entering something until they get it right?

If a 9 year-old wants to enter a site that says he has to be 10 years-old, he'll enter whatever is needed to get in.

Yeah, that's why the cookie is set, if they aren't old enough, they can't keep trying. Of course, since they aren't registered yet, all we can do is restrict by cookies. If they figure out how to ditch their cookies, they they can reattempt.
