The silence here is not indicative of a company that is concerned about the future of it's product.
I've been as supportive and loyal as anyone (for years), but it's become more like a hobby than a business.
"We're working on it" will only buy you so much time, until people realize - you're not able to compete.

The lack of response here is very discouraging. This is not the FusionBB I once knew. I guess it's time to time to consider other options.

That statement right there is what is important to most people. The way it used to be is the real reason that myself and most people I have talked to even switched to FBB in the first place.
Too bad it all changed.

I've not been using this software for long but the lack of responses to these questions i have second thoughts about continued use of this software. I will be thinking going back to Mybb software i know it's a free software but i got better responses.

Let me start by saying that I'm one of the strongest FusionBB supporters out there and have been since I started using it, years ago. But... I'm starting to feel like I'm in a bad marriage, where you still love the person, but you just can't live together.
Communication is everything. In any relationship, the old "I'm going to change" doesn't work for long.
If a business cannot support it's customers, in time, they will lose them all. I still think FusionBB is the best, but there's something to be said for the second best forum software (whatever that may be), if it is actively supported.
Please Josh, make a decision one way or the other. Do you see FusionBB as a viable business or is it just a part-time hobby?

That was a month ago.
Why? Because I feel we need a response to our concerns. After a glimmer of hope for some development things have gone quiet again & questions aren't being answered or acknowledged. We not getting any response here so I thought I'd ask directly. Not had a reply to those contacts either.
Not keen to change, can't see a platform I'd want to change too. Looks like I'm going to be paying a 3rd party to fix problems I can't & develop ('mod') my site when needed.
