Subject: [3.2] Finished 1 - password changed notification

Bug for: Fusion [3.2] Finished 1 -

Description: I couldn't log on to my own 3.2 upgraded site as it wouldn't recognise my password or take me to the forgotten password page. Upgrade's been reversed. Clean install 3.2 site works fine.

Requesting a new password on the dev site works ok. I got a new password & got logged in. I then changed my password to one of my choice. I then get an email notification of user name & new password. On the mail the password is in hexidex rather than as I type it.

3.2 upgrades seem to have issues around passwords
