On Facebook it seems you can upload pics of any size & they get downsized/optimised automatically. One of my longtime members who's struggled to meet the file size restrictions I impose on my forums is new to FB & happily uploading pics galore - fortunately on a different subject to my forums but does illustrate how to some people just find FB 'easier'.
It would be great to see FusionBB have auto image file size optimising.
