You have me converted (from Threads)! We are starting our new venture with your software and will be signing up for your lifetime license this weekend. However, we have yet to confirm a URL name and will do this very shortly.
Nonetheless, for the first time on this new anticipated URL, we would like that you install this for us whilst taking advantage of the presales pricing (I am sure with your support, we can upgrade this version on our own in the future). Do you mind that I purchase the installation this weekend for installation over the next few weeks? We will have all our ducks in a row by September, I promise!
Lastly, do you have any recommendations for hosting solutions? I have managed a community using Threads for nearly five years and never needed to be concerned with bandwidth costs since I was under the employ of a company that funded such community efforts. Thus, I would like a dependable server that can handle the anticipated traffic we will be receiving without costing us a small fortune for unanticipated bandwidth while ensuring great support and uptime. We have some ideas, but feedback about hosting companies with direct experience hosting fusionbb (or Threads) will be helpful. Any suggestions will be wonderfully appreciated.

I guess this never was really mentioned. Not here at least. Jeremy had other things going on, a new more than full time job, a wife etc.... He was unable to keep up with VertexHost anymore. It's a very tough thing to run by yourself, you definately need at least 2 people who have time to commit. So he stepped down earlier this year. He was happy knowing that "his baby" was in good hands. He was proud of VertexHost since he started it from scratch and built a good reputation.
When I came on board a year ago in June, Jeremy was actually looking to sell it outright. He hated to sell it since he loved it, and I hated to have that responsibility all myself. So he sorta changed plans and we agreed to partner. But after a bit over a year, he realized that he truly didn't have time for it.
Shortly after Jeremy stepped down, I brought Nikos on to help me.
