To create a downloadable compressed zip file of the fbbuploads and fbbavatars directories, go to:


AdminCP >> Images >> Backup Files

Backing Up your Image Directories

To back up these directories, go to:

AdminCP >> Images >> Backup Files

Click Create Backup and then click on the filename created to save it to your hard drive.



Restoring the Directories

To restore the directories, unzip or un-tar them and copy them back over using your FTP Program.
Please note, only the last five backups are saved.



Backing Up your Database

To back up your database, go to:

AdminCP >> Database >> Create Backup


Click Create Backup and then click on the filename that was created to save it to your hard drive.



Restoring your Database

To restore your database, it import the sql into phpMyAdmin.



Repairing/Optimizing Tables

To repair or optimize tables go to

AdminCP >> Database >> Repair/Optimize Tables


Select the table you wish to repair or optimize and then select the option at the bottom to optimize or repair it.
