Private Topic Prefixes are easy to set up in the AdminCP.
Administrators can create a list of prefixes that all members can use for their PTs at:
AdminCP

Edit Topic Prefixes
There, you will see the following page:
Click the '
Add Prefix Set
' link to add prefixes for your website. If you need to edit an existing Prefix list, click the '
Edit Set
' link. You will see the page below.
When your list is complete, click the
Submit
button near the bottom of the page.
These prefixes will be seen by everyone in a drop down list when they are creating, editing, or viewing PTs.
