If you're having problems logging onto the site, double check the following items:

• The correct username and password are being used for that particular site.
  
  
• You've entered both correctly. (No spelling errors, transposed characters, etc.)
  
  
• The 'Caps Lock' key hasn't been accidently activated.
  
  
• Wait a while and try again. (It's possible that the site is being upgraded, worked on, or is having problems of its own- which could be the cause of your difficulties.)
  

These things are the cause of most login problems. If you've checked things out and still are having problems, use the Contact Us link in the Help navigation tab to contact the site administrator(s). After filling out all the information you can, click the Submit Email button. Once the site admins receive your email, they will be able to guide you through any needed steps to figure out your problem.



If you know your username, but have forgotten your password.... use the I forgot my password! link on the login page to request a temporary password that will allow you to log in. (For more information on changing your password once you've logged in with the temporary one, please see the information in the FAQs under the Help tab.
