FusionBB makes it very easy to add new quotes or edit existing ones.
Random quotes can be added to enhance your site by involving your members through use of their own quotes, inspire by using quotes from famous people, or even advertise your site by showing quotes from your customers.
- Administrators can go to this section of the AdminCP, located at:
Admin CP >> Portal >> Random Quotes
Here, you will find spaces to input the author of the quote, any related links, and the quote itself. You also have the option to format and work with the quote As Plain Text, Using Markup, or Using HTML.
Click the Add Quote button to upload your quote.
- If you want to edit an existing quote, go to the same Admin page listed above. At the top of the Quote page, click the radio button next to the quote you want to change, then choose either of the options to Edit or Delete and click the Go button.
